  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We went in on Jan. 1st for lunch. We walked in at 12:15 and sat right down. Our server, Julia, came about 10 minutes later and took our drink order and food order. At 1:15 we still had no food. Finally, food came (we were only a party of 2! After placing our order we never saw Julia again. I saw a Captian seating people, so I waited till she was finished. I called her over and she brought us more drinks and extra sauce. We had asked 2 other people for extra sauce, the first person never returned and the second person brought the wrong sauce said she would bring the right one and never did.
  The Captian, Jennie, picked up our waitresses tables and brought us our bill and boxes. We took over half our food home as once our order was correct our food are ice cold. This was mainly because we were seated right by the door and the door was not shutting correctly
  and was consistently left open
  We were so fed up that we paid the bill and left. We will not return to this establishment until management realizes that their servers can't handle more than 2 tables at a time.
